Shipping Policy

At Beauty and the Sheets Boudoir, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders. Please review this policy carefully.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.

  • Orders placed after [Time, e.g., 2 PM] on weekdays or during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is free. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, postal service issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

  • International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be billed separately by the local customs office.

  • Delivery times for international orders can vary based on location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas.

  • Some items may have additional shipping restrictions due to weight, size, or destination.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

  • Lost Orders: If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at orders@beautyandthesheets.com within 30 days of the delivery date. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

  • Delayed Orders: Please allow extra time for delivery during busy periods (e.g., holidays). If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, feel free to contact us for an update.

7. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@beautyandthesheets.com. We can only update shipping addresses before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We currently do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you want to ship items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
